2022 Update

Puppy Parents!

We have been having a lot of fun at the farm with our daycare and boarding pups! Here are some quick updates and reminders for this coming year 2022.

Daycare & Boarding Pickup/Drop off:

Weekday pickup window is between 8:00 – 9:30 am.
Weekday drop off window is between 2:15 – 3:45 pm.
Weekend pickup window is between 8:00 – 9:30 am.
Weekend drop off window is between 12:00 – 2:00 pm.
If there are changed to this schedule or we are running behind, you will be notified via text.
If we arrive at your home and there is no answer, we will knock/call/text or notify you we are here for pickup. To keep morning and afternoon routes running smoothly and efficiently, we will wait 5 minutes before moving on to the next stop. Please notify the Willowwood Dogs team if there are any changes to your normal pickup/drop off instructions.

Daycare Cancellations:

Daycare cancellations may occur due to cold weather/unsafe road conditions. If daycare is cancelled, you will be notified via text.
Please notify the Willowwood Dog Team by 5pm the day before your scheduled daycare.
Any daycare cancellations made after 5pm will result in a $10 cancellation fee.
Any daycare cancellations that are not communicated will be a $15 no show fee.
The best way to notify our team about a cancellation is to text Amanda (334)-750-0214 or Kate (901)-326-8621.

Boarding Cancellations:

Boarding will not be cancelled in the case of cold weather/unsafe road conditions. Your pup will be in a warm and safe environment.
Please notify the Willowwood Dogs Team 24 hours in advance for a boarding cancellation.
Any boarding cancellations made after 24 hours will be a $20 cancellation no show fee.

Due to inflation, Willowwood Dogs has had to make some pricing changes. Thank you for your understanding on this change and continued support!
