When will my dog be picked up and dropped off?
We will pick up your dog between 8:00-9:30 am and have them dropped off between 2:15-3:30. Our team will contact you via text when we are about 5 minutes away from picking up or dropping off your dog.

What should I pack for my dog while they board?
We have our own supply of dog food, but we encourage owners to bring their own to avoid upset stomachs. You’re also welcome to pack any beds, toys, or blankets that your dog may want to have! We do ask that you include feeding instructions and label anything that you pack with your pup.

My dog seemed nervous loading up in the van on their first day, is this normal?
Nervousness is expected during a dogs first few visits. Soon they’ll be waiting by the window for us to pull up!

I won’t be home during the pickup and/or drop off window, can my dog still come to daycare?
Yes, just send us instructions on how to get them, and we will handle it.

What does my dog do all day?
Your dog plays fetch, tug, wrestles, chase, sniffs all the smells of the farm, and swims in the pond when the weather is nice! Even our chill dogs enjoy the farm by sunbathing in the field and getting attention from employees.

Do small dogs and large dogs play in the same area or is it divided?
All dogs, big or small, play in one big fenced in area. There is plenty of space for all the pups to run around and have their own space!

How long does my dog have to wait on the waitlist?
A spot will open up for daycare once another dog decides to dropout. We wish we could have unlimited capacity at the farm! There is no definite timeframe for the waitlist, but you and your pup will be notified once a spot has opened up for you!

Is daycare pickup and drop off only in the Auburn/Opelika area?
We pickup in the Auburn/Opelika area, but are willing to meet in a location that is both convenient for the Willowwood Dog team and customer.

Does my dog have to be certain age to be able to come to daycare or board?
Your dog needs to have all their shots before attending daycare or boarding at Willowwood Dogs.

Does my dog need to be neutered or spayed to attend daycare or boarding?
Willowwood Dogs requires dogs to be spayed or neutered if they are over the age of 1.
